Mental Health & Emotional Wellness

It’s okay to ask for help

At its heart, Golden Future is an emotional-wellness centre — offering compassionate, confidential support and championing mental health across our community.

Healing hearts

Care for the whole person

Golden Future was born from a belief that emotional wellbeing is the foundation of a fulfilling life. Our experienced psychologists, counsellors and coaches help people navigate stress, transitions and self-doubt — with warmth, respect and complete confidentiality.

Support is open to all, regardless of means. Whether you are a student under pressure, a professional at a crossroads, or simply someone who needs to talk, there is a place for you here.

Mental-health outreach
A festival for the mind

The World Mental Health Festival

Since its genesis in 2019, our World Mental Health Festival has grown into a much-loved gathering — with inspiring talks, inter-faith meetings, and children’s, youth and public contests alongside a musical concert. Our Happy Thinking Lab (2020) and intensive virtual conferences during the pandemic carried that spirit even further.

Our clinical work is led by Dr Anjali Gupta, a senior clinical psychologist with 25+ years’ experience and a visiting-psychology award from the University of Glasgow, whose outreach has reached communities as far as Manipur — earning recognition from Manipur International University.

You don’t have to carry it alone

If you or someone you know is struggling, reaching out is a sign of strength. We’re here to listen — gently, and without judgement.
